Growing Together South Coast is a community-driven, not-for-profit organisation passionate about food, resilience, and community connection. Based in Milton NSW, we formed with the belief that strong local food systems can help create stronger, healthier and more connected communities.

You don’t need to be an experienced gardener to get involved!
Joining Growing Together offers plenty of ways to participate: learn how to grow your own food, lend a hand in the garden, get involved in other sustainability projects, attend a workshop, support local growers or simply connect with others in a friendly, welcoming community!
Our projects are creating more ways for people to connect with local food and each other. We run a free community chat group; demonstration market garden; The Hive, our outdoor learning and gathering space; hands-on workshops and youth programs; a local online food hub; and a Growers Network connecting local growers, farmers and producers.
We’re also in the process of creating a new Community Garden & Hub at Milton Showground – an inclusive community space for growing, learning, sharing, events and volunteering.
