Community Expo Returns This September

Published By

Imagine being able to discover more than 100 local community groups, clubs, services and organisations all in one place, on one day.

That’s exactly what the South Shoalhaven Community Expo is all about.

Returning on Thursday 10 September, the Expo brings together the people, groups and organisations that help make our community such a vibrant place to live. From sporting clubs and creative groups to support services, environmental organisations, volunteer groups and community initiatives, it’s a chance to see just how much is happening across the South Shoalhaven.

For local residents, the Expo is an opportunity to discover what’s on offer right here in our own backyard. Whether you’re looking for activities for your family, ways to meet new people, support services, volunteer opportunities, community events or simply want to learn more about what’s happening locally, the Expo is a great place to start.

For community groups and not-for-profits, it’s a chance to showcase what you do, connect with potential volunteers and members, raise awareness of your services and meet other organisations doing great work in our region.

Every year we’re blown away by the number of conversations, connections and collaborations that happen throughout the day. It’s one of the few times each year that so many community groups come together under one roof.

Last year, more than 100 groups participated and thousands of people came through the doors. We’re excited to do it all again in 2026.
