Walk from Pretty Beach car park along the cliff path to Snapper Point and then down to the rock shelf to catch low tide at 4:30pm.
Wander under the cliffs, wonder at the amazing geology and hopefully locate the fossilised tree. Climb back up to the headland and head back down to the picnic area at Pretty Beach to enjoy sunset nibbles and/or BBQ/picnic.
Bring your picnic and tipple of your choice to toast the sunset and perhaps a torch in case it’s a bit twilighty on the way back (sunset is at 8pm). Note: NPWS National Park fees apply
