Tickets available on the day.
**Gate Opening:**
– Gates will open at 9:45 AM on Saturday to allow extra time for final setups.
– Local cafes will be open for breakfast, and on-site coffee vans will be available at the end of Jacobs Drive.

**Ticketing:**
– Pick up your festival wristband from the two ticketing booths on Jacobs Drive. This grants access to the bands and kids’ zone.

**Weather Update:**
– The weather is clearing tomorrow, so please come enjoy the day and support the Sussex Inlet Viking Festival.

**Official Opening:**
– The official opening will be at 10:00 AM at Swordfish Brewing.

**Band Schedule at RSL Auditorium:**
– 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM: Abbas Back
– 1:15 PM – 3:00 PM: Glen Whitehall and the Sacred Crows
– 3:15 PM – 4:45 PM: Abbas Back
– 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM: 19 Twenty 20
– 8:30 PM: Evening band at RSL

**Food Vans:**
– Located in the RSL car park with tables and chairs for your convenience.

**Kids Zone:**
– All rides are set up in the RSL car park for safe and dry conditions. Kids need their Viking Festival wristbands to access the rides.

**Swordfish Brewing:**
– Open for coffee from 10:00 AM, bar from 11:00 AM, and kitchen from 12:00 noon until 8:30 PM. The Oompah Loompah Band will entertain you all day.

**Ice Skating and Circus Activities:**
– Available on the reserve in front of Swordfish Brewing.

**Lego Workshops:**
– Starting at 10:30 AM in a large marquee on the car park.

**Lego Viking Board Competition:**
– Drop off your boats at the information tent at the end of Jacobs Drive by 12:00 noon for judging.

**Other Stalls:**
– Many stalls will be present, located in dry, accessible areas.

**Local Cafes, Restaurants, and Retail Shops:**
– Open all weekend. Please support them and book a table for lunch at Pelican Shores, or enjoy breakfast and lunch at all local cafes.

**Courtesy Buses:**
– Running from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon, picking up every 30 minutes and leaving from the RSL car park at 3:00 PM.

**Viking Long Lunch:**
– Proceeding as planned at Swordfish Brewing at 12:30 PM, all under cover.

If you are unable to attend due to road closures or weather, we will provide a credit for a 2025 ticket. Please email vikingfestival@gmail.com to arrange this after the festival.
