All Workshops run from 7am – 9am, then attendees are invited to stay from 9am – 9:30am for Q & A and networking.

In this Workshop we will be learning how to prepare a one-page business plan.
A business plan is generally a lengthy document and too often it either doesn’t get produced or if it does it is put in a drawer somewhere never to be seen again. A one-page business plan allows you to have a simple document that is easy to use and easy to access for everyone in your business.
The real benefit of the one-page business plan is it aligns your long-term goals with your day-to-day activities. Also, it is concise therefore it actually gets produced and used.
