SUMMARY:Mental health Month Art Exhibition
DESCRIPTION:Every week a group of enthusiastic and talented artists come together at Health One in Ulladulla to take part in a free-form art group run by a Mental Health Peer Worker and supported by the local NSW Health Disaster Recovery Service. Over a cuppa they connect and laugh while they paint\, draw\, sculpt and write. \nIn October\, for Mental Health Month\, Shoalhaven Mental Health (ISLHD) is\, again\, holding an exhibition of works created throughout the year. The theme for Mental Health Month this year is ‘A little connection goes a long way’ and they will be embracing that sentiment with their exhibition. Please come and join – view the works\, connect with the artists over morning tea\, and even join in a workshop if you have the time. \nThe exhibition will be at the Treading Lightly Hub 3/61 Princes Highway Milton\, throughout October. \nIt’ll be open from 10am to 12pm Monday\, Tuesday and Wednesday each week from the 6th to the 28th.
